A new blog is born.

My good friend Stephen is the inspiration for this blog. In fact I was so inspired I blatantly copied his blog template, style and only slightly varied the naming schematic. See his & Rachel's beautiful blog at http://shankrad.blogspot.com. See Rachel and baby Levi at right. I am right now--as I type--babysitting Levi so his wary parents can go on their first date in, like, forever. For the big occasion Rachel wore a gold lame sleeveless mock turtleneck and some sexy dark blue jeans, a necklace and a hint of perfume. Stephen wore a fairly clean white t-shirt bearing one of his wife's old stories from her days at the Detroit Free Press and faded blue jeans. The hot date activity? Why, Al Gore's incredibly depressing movie about global warming, of course! Journalists will be journalists. No wonder Levi looks pouty. Next post: the origin of Jo-Li.
